Single Estate Agave
Euphoric Distilling grows all its own agave in the heart of Arandas, Mexico. All 100% Blue Weber Agave is grown at an altitude of seven thousand feet above sea level. Euphoric Single Estate Agave is blessed with the perfect growing conditions, enriched by the nutrient rich volcanic soil. The agave has an ideal environment to thrive and mature, giving Euphoric tequila a very high level of natural sugars and superbly rich flavors.
The agave used for Euphoric Silver averages 10 years of growth while for Reposado and Anejo, the age ranges up to 12 years. Each harvested agave pina is then cooked using traditional slow methods to extract the rich sugars. The Euphoric estate is one of the largest in Mexico with over 5000 hectares (12,500 acres). That is about half the size of San Francisco. There are over 3.5 million plants in the ground and more are planted each year. Euphoric Reposado and Anejo are aged a minimum of 1 and 2 years respectively, in new white oak barrels.
